For several years I worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist. The amount of hours seeing people became more demanding of my energy than what I was willing to give. For my own health and well being I needed to leave. I sought the excellent guidance of Dave Mueller in planning a career transition and at the time I had no idea what I would be doing. After working through his program I decided to continue with a very small amount of counseling and coaching and work at developing a guided fly fishing business here in Indiana. That was ten years ago and I love my new life. You can read the other parts of this website for the fly fishing part of my company but this page is for counseling.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Indiana. All of us make many transitions in life that sometimes require feedback from someone else. When we are in situations where strong feelings are involved it is extremely important to get feedback about what is happening in your life so that important decisions are made with the best possible thinking and information. That situation can involve a marriage, family or individual transition.  It is nice to know that we do not have to know it all and that we can ask others for guidance, support, and encouragement. That is what I have to offer to you. I would appreciate a call if you are considering counseling and please ask a few questions of me to see if I might be a person that you would like to talk with.
